The Public Works Department is committed to providing professional and quality services to citizens and business owners. Our mission is to operate and maintain all divisions safely and in compliance with State and Federal regulations, to give property owners, residents and businesses the best possible service for their money.
Public Works duties include:
- Water service
- Waste water collection and treatment
- Residential and commercial garbage collection and special trash collection
- Storm water maintenance and construction
- Street maintenance
- Maintenance of City-owned properties, including buildings, grounds, parks, and much more
